Sunnymead was originally a farm cottage but since a extension in 2005 we have converted the property into a 6 bedroom student house with large communal areas. This is a perfect retreat for those who want to escape campus life and move out to the country with their horses. Sunnymead is accessed via its own entrance and is located in the Village of Apperley just off the B4213.  The house is approximately 7 miles from Hartpury, Gloucester & Cheltenham and 5 miles from Tewkesbury. It also boasts great network links from the M5 (Junction 9) and M50 (Junction 2).
